STAR™ Vision is an innovative assessment module of STAR™, India’s first comprehensive hiring risk management platform. STAR™ Vision uses a combination of job simulation assessments delivered using video, and computer technologies and evaluate the skills and abilities required for success in a specific job position. These simulations appraise a prospective candidate on typical work life challenges for the job role and assess his ability to manage and tackle such situations.
