WHAT IS STAR™ SELECT?


STAR™ Select is a hiring risk management tool that assesses employee turnover risk by matching individual needs and preferences with 128 organizational characteristics. Designed, developed and validated for the Indian market; STAR™ Select combines our 30 years of global expertise in psychometrics with our dedicated research in India on organizational needs and the employee needs and preferences. Grounded to its basics in psychometrics; STAR™ Select’s main objective is to identify a person organization fit between candidates and organizations.

HOW DOES STAR™ SELECT WORK?


A guiding principle in the development of STAR™ Select tool was to effeciently predict an organisations turnover risk from large hiring and use the tool to aid the final selection decision.

 Based on our pioneering research study across the country on organization and individual characteristics; emerged 128 key organizational factors that form the framework for STAR™ Select.
