Dr. Cabot L. Jaffee
Chairman

Dr. Cabot Jaffee (M.A., Ph.D.) is a recognized expert in the field of assessments, and has created effective HR solutions used by millions of people. He has over 15 years of experience with assessment, testing, and training and development, and has served as a legal expert for the state and federal court systems and the federal government.

He is responsible for the overall direction of the company as well as the implementation of all products and services including design, legal defensibility, and technological advancement.

Dr. Jaffee’s areas of expertise include testing, electronic selection, assessment centers, job analysis, managerial development, performance appraisal, and legal concerns associated with personnel evaluation. He has consulted with a large variety of organizations such as United Parcel Service, PNC, Tennessee Valley Authority, Regions Bank, Harris Teeter, International Dairy Queen, Century 21, Siemens and many others.

He has been a principal presenter annually at a number of major conferences including SHRM Conference, Selling Power Leadership Conference, Welfare-to-Work Conference, Workforce Development Institute, Real Living Recruiting Summit, RISMedia Leadership Conference, CASAS National Summer Institute, HR Southwest Human Resource Conference & Expo and the National HRD Network Conference/India’s Century.

In addition to publishing numerous articles, Dr. Jaffee has published “The Art of Managing,” a book that helps people build the skills they need to manage effectively. Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Association of Test Publishers and the American Society for Training and Development. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus and TechNet.

Dr. Jaffee holds a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University.

Jeffrey Shen
Chief Technology Officer
Jeffrey Shen is the Chief Technology Officer of GTM and as such is responsible for overseeing technology and R&D. Jeffrey has extensive experience in complex software development, designing and managing enterprise software that delivers tangible customer results. His experience includes innovate work with online recruitment, online assessment, e-learning, and Rich Internet Application technologies. He continues to be on the leading edge of applying new technologies to HR processes and procedures. 
 

Jeffrey received a Bachelor of Science degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Masters of Management Science degree from the University of Waterloo.
  
Pavan Sriram 
Assistant Vice President 
Pavan has over 10 years of varied industry experience in corporate sales, business development, operations and recruitment. He has worked with companies like TVS, Andale, SunGard and MeritTrac. In his last assignment at MeritTrac where he was the National Account Manager, he was responsible for strategic account management, transition and customer satisfaction 
 
Pavan heads business development and sales at Global Talent Metrics and his key responsibility areas include defining and delivering effective assessment solutions to high value customers and driving company’s long term growth plans. 
 
Pavan has an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School and a PG Diploma in International Marketing from Pondicherry University.  He is a keen traveler, a theatre activist and finds time to teach on topics in Business communication and Sales 

Reimara Valk
Senior Research Analyst, Global Talent Metrics / IIMB
Reimara Valk (MSc, BA Honors, BA) is a Senior Research Analyst for Global Talent Metrics based at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), India. In collaboration with professor Vasanthi Srinivasan, (IIMB) Reimara has worked on various studies in the field of human resources (HR), including work-family balance of women and men IT professionals in India; Global staffing strategies of expatriates involving companies like Sun Microsystems, Google, Volvo, Honeywell, Alcatel-Lucent, Philips, Bosch, Hyatt Hotels; Employee attrition in India, a collaborative endeavor between IIMB, Summit HR Worldwide and Alignmark Inc.

Reimara has gained prior work experiences in the area of HR and business process analyses, customer services and facilities management within industries such as IT, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and municipality government across the Netherlands, UK and India.

Cabot L. Jaffee, Sr., Ph.D.
Chairman
Dr. Jaffee is a recognized authority in the area of personnel evaluation and development. He has been a nominee for the Training Magazine Hall of Fame. He started his career with AT&T and was responsible for assessment center activities for the Bell System. For over 30 years, he has consulted with a large variety of organizations in the U.S. and abroad, both in the private and public sectors.

Dr. Jaffee's areas of expertise include testing, electronic selection, assessment centers, job analysis, career development, managerial development, performance appraisal and legal concerns associated with personnel evaluation. As one of the world's leading experts in the area of personnel evaluation, Dr. Jaffee has been an expert witness in a variety of court cases.

Dr. Jaffee has published extensively in the field, and has authored several books, chapters and numerous articles. He has been a frequent presenter at major conferences including the American Society for Training and Development's National Conference, Training, American Society of Personnel Administration's National Conference, etc.

Dr. Jaffee holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from New York University, an M.A. degree from Columbia University and a Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Florida State University.

Dr. Jaffee has been on the faculties of the University of Tennessee and the University of Central Florida. He has given guest seminars on personnel practices at such institutions as the University of Michigan, etc.

Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Instructional Systems Association.

Michael R. Struth
Senior Vice President - Operations 

Mr. Struth has more than 30 years of consulting experience in the area of human resources and has worked with clients who represent a broad range of industries. Likewise, programs developed by Mr. Struth have covered a broad range of organizational levels - i.e., from programs targeted at entry-level positions through executive development programs.

Mr. Struth has extensive experience with a wide variety of human resource areas. These include creation of competency models, interviewing programs, assessment center programs, video-based job simulation techniques, 360 survey techniques, developmental action planning programs, training programs, and performance appraisal/performance management programs. He has likewise directed and implemented programs in more than twelve countries. Prior to co-founding AlignMark, Mr. Struth was a principal and Vice President of Product Development within another major human resource company. As AlignMark’s Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Struth is leads the Product Development, Consulting Services, Technology, and Client Services area of the company.

Over the last two decades, Mr. Struth has consulted with a wide variety of organizations. His clients have included organizations such as Darden Restaurants, Tennessee Valley Authority, United Parcel Service, BankAtlantic, Regions Bank, Ford Credit and many others. He has published a number of professional articles in the area of human resources. He is also the co-author of the book The Art of Managing: How to Assess & Perfect Your Management Style.

Robert F. Goldsmith, Ph.D.
Senior Project Director 

 
Dr. Goldsmith is responsible for managing client projects and developing innovative ways to meet client needs.

Dr. Goldsmith's areas of expertise include testing, selection, assessment centers, behavioral interviewing, job analysis, competency modeling, managerial and executive development, impact evaluation, and legal concerns associated with personnel evaluation. Dr. Goldsmith has published and presented in the areas of assessment centers, return on investment, and research methodology. He has consulted with a large variety of organizations such as Abbott Laboratories, BNSF Railroad, Darden Restaurants, The Environmental Protection Agency, John Deere, Nortel, Public Service Electric and Gas, United Technologies, US Cellular, US Marshall’s Service, Wal-Mart, and many others.

Dr. Goldsmith has provided consultation and expert testimony around a number of court cases and labor arbitration hearings regarding fair employment practices.

Dr. Goldsmith holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Goldsmith is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
