Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan
Professor - Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
Prof. Vasanthi has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She worked with Wipro Limited before getting her Fellow in Management (doctoral degree) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Her consulting experience has largely been in designing and developing performance management systems. Her areas of interest are Performance Management; Team based Human Resource Management systems and International Human Resource management. She has done specialized performance management workshops for senior and middle level managers in a number of organizations. She is currently the Executive committee member of the International Society of Business Ethics and Economics.
Mr. Ranjan Sinha

Ranjan Sinha has founded and directed number of service and technology companies in the area of human resources, healthcare services, email and marketing services.
Ranjan co-founded Summit HR with the vision of helping CEOs and their teams win the war for talent. Summit HR is recognized as the Top HR Outsourcing company by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, The Gartner Group and Fortune® magazine.
Prior to starting Summit HR, Ranjan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Magnifi, Inc., a Cupertino based marketing supply chain automation ASP with proprietary technology and leading position in brand asset management. The company, which had obtained three key software patents on rich media indexing technology, was sold to Procter & Gamble.
In 1995 Ranjan served as the Co-Founder and President of Who Where? Inc., a Mountain View based Internet-based e-mail directory and e-mail outsource services company, which was subsequently acquired by Lycos in 1998. Prior to founding Who Where?, Ranjan was the President and CEO of Mindshare, Inc a Mountain View based HR services firm with marquee clients such as Charles Schwab, Sun Microsystems, Providian Technology. Ranjan has also held positions of Director of Product Marketing at Lotus Corporation and Senior Product Line Manager at Apple Computer.
Ranjan was named as the “HR Outsourcing Superstar’ in 2006 and 2007 by HRO Today magazine for his contributions to the HR Industry. Mr. Sinha is frequent speaker on various industry panels on HR Services Outsourcing and has written numerous articles on Six Sigma applications in HR and Talent Supply Chain Management. Mr. Sinha serves on the board of Summit HR, Benefit Solutions Worldwide and Greenwich Capital Venture Corporation.
Ranjan lives in Los Altos Hills, California and is active in his community and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Northern California Chapter.
Ranjan has a Masters Degree from the Wharton School of Business and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Sal is President and CEO of Leadersphere.Inc – a workforce intelligence consulting firm. Prior to Leadersphere, Sal was Vice President and Chief HR Officer for a Fortune 1000 company based in the Silicon Valley, California and has held management and consulting positions in human resources at several best-in-class companies, including Nortel Networks, Alltel, Intel Corporation, SAP AG, and Sun
Dr. Cabot L. Jaffee

Dr. Jaffee Sr (Ph.D) has over 35 years of experience with human resources in large corporations, publishing, partnering, direct sales, and the development of personnel assessment and training tools. As a recognized expert in the field of psychology, Dr. Jaffee Sr. has served on the executive committees of several publishing companies. He has published eight books and over 100 articles and chapters. Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Society of Training Directors, and has been nominated for the Training Hall of Fame.
